Beautiful interior and Wonderful view

Good location and great Chinese restaurant is In this hotel 2nd floor. Bathroom is likely to be slippy because gorgeous marble! But I felt very relaxed and wonderful stay. Certainly services are different from another hotels When we checked out, door staff’s didn’t appeared. However, this hotel is one of my favorites ❤️ バスルームの床は水捌けがよくないので、マットが濡れたり滑りやすいです 日本みたいにお湯の温度がきっちり安定しませんので微妙な調節が必要です。 アメニティは、普通なのでコンラッドとして期待すると肩透かしをくらいますが、快適に過ごせます！

Second Stay and Still Good

This is my second stay at the Conrad Dalian and it’s still a good choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and the Harbor view rooms have nice views (see photo). I enjoyed the pool which was very relaxing and not very busy. The Executive Lounge worked well for breakfast and I was able to have a drink and some food at night and Laura took care of me with a smile. I would stay again at the Conrad Dalian.

さすがコンラッドというクオリティでした。大連の中心地の中山広場や西安路からはやや離れているので、地下鉄での移動を希望される方や、繁華街からのアクセスを重視される方は他のホテルのほうが良いかもしれません。

初めての大連旅行で利用しました。 空港からは地下鉄2号線を使い、乗換なしで40分程度。 2つの駅を利用できて、会議中心という駅には大きなショッピングモールが併設され非常に便利。 エリアには大企業のアパートなどが立ち並び、夜に一人で出歩いても全く問題がない治安の良さ。 内装・外装ともに洗練されており、旅の緊張と疲れを癒やしてくれる最高の客室。 流暢な日本語を話せるスタッフがいらしたことも助かったポイント。その他英語も問題なくコミュニケーションが可能。 次回以降も、ぜひ利用を検討したいと思えるホテル。

Elegance, Location and Service

The Conrad Dalian has an old world European charm with lots of rich marbles and wood. The hotel is located across from the harbor and Convention Center and is walking distance to the best Dalian Water Show. We were upgraded to a suite with a harbor view which was one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Our housekeeper, Wang Li, went above and beyond and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the Club lounge for breakfast and for dinner and drinks. I also enjoyed the indoor pool which is gorgeous with a spectacular tiled ceiling. The Conrad Dalian his a top-notch hotel and I highly recommend it.

Very good experience.

The hotel staff is truly nice (especially Aaron from the front desk - very professional and perfect English; and then a little bit older gentleman who was in charge of parking in front of the hotel entrance was very nice too), the room + bed were just perfect, the choice at breakfast was awesome. I also like a lot the hotel bar in the first floor. This is in my opinion by far the best hotel in Dalian.

Short but wonderful stay

We chose Conrad due to previous experiences with the franchise and we were not disappointed. The hotel in Dalian has wonderful views of the harbour and ocean, so choose the highest room possible.Check in and out was very fast and the all staff were professional and respectful.Room was fairly big with enough amenities for our needs.Breakfast was with enough choices both chinese and western.Would choose this hotel again when returning to Dalian

Perfect experience

This hotel is definitely worth of visit, maybe the best hotel in China and for sure the best hotel in Dalian. The room was really nice, spacious, very clean, with a good equipment and nice view. The hotel staff was absolutely professional, especially at the front desk, in restaurants (breakfast + dinner), and in executive lounge. There was not a single small problem during my stay. The food was tasty. The hotel environment is a new nice area on the coast, what I liked a lot. I recommend.

Not what I expected

Rude Porte cochere employees, had to wait until 4.15pm to get my room, no free parking as advertised, employees more concerned that I give ‘10’ rating for my stay than anything else, room is tired with no USB charging points

Breakfast food need to be updated and carpets needs to be clean... all others is good service..

High floor with great ocean view

I visited there for the first time. I had thought Dalian was historical and old city before I had been there. But my thought was completely wrong . There is metro from airport , and now renovating seaside area. I stayed Conrad ,the room was comfortable and I could see ocean view from the hotel room. I recommend you to stay there when you come to Dalian. However it's a little cold and wind is strong there in October. Y ou may bring coat or jacket to take a walk at night.

What’s not to like about a Conrad!? This hotel is wonderful in so many ways. Spacious rooms, beautiful views, attentive and friendly staff, wonderful swimming pool and gym facility, tasty breakfast, and automatic, heated toilet seats. When you walk into the bathroom, the toilet seat lid automatically goes up and a light comes on. When you’re finished, the toilet automatically flushes and the lid goes down. My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough coffee for me in the room. That’s typical In China and I always bring my own coffee for convenience. My wife said she didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner as well as in some other hotels but it didn’t make any difference to me. Great place to stay.

5月19日チックアウト、空港へ向かう際、ホテル周辺イベントがあり タクシーを確保できず、30分歩き、急遽友人の車を利用した。（近くの地下鉄の入り口も閉鎖）イベントは前からわかってることであり必ず利用者に知らしめることが必要です。サービスの一環として必ずおお願いしたい。帰国便に乗り遅れるところでした。

A warm experience in the extremely cold winter!

I am visiting my aunt with my senior parents. Unexpectedly we came into this severe winter storm, however our stay at Conrad Dalian is such a warm one in this harsh winter because of the excellent staff: Ducan JIANG, Lin NAN at the front desk; Manager Lin ＆ Yang; Gloria liu ＆ Cloris Gong at the Lounge! チェックインの対応は迅速でとても良かったです。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで交換のもてる対応でした。 部屋はきれいに掃除され、とても満足です。 朝食はブフェでしたが、品数が少ないのが欠点だと感じますが、料理の味は概ね良いと思います。

Great Experience

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Lots of opportunities for scenic walks. The hotel staff are efficient, professional and very courteous. Breakfast is excellent with a wide assortment of dishes. The Executive Lounge is very relaxing and comfortable with a fantastic view. Nice spot to have business meetings.

No good

The air-conditoning system in the whole hotel is no good. Air is not filtered before blown into the rooms. Feels suffocating in the room because the whole building is tightly sealed, windows cannot be opened. Same as Hilton Dalian next door.

Great property with even greater staff!

I travel worldwide with my wife quite often. We typically spend more than two months per year at hotels and resorts, but seldom did I write a review for any of them. However, I feel necessary to write one for Conrad Dalian. The location is just awesome. The service is impeccable. And I would like to thank Sunny Chen and her team at executive lounge. Thank you all for sweetening our sojourn in Dalian!

I stayed 3 nights with my family at Conrad Dalian on 4th week of October. It's my first visit to Dalian. However, I didn't have any concern about my visit, because, I reserved 'Conrad' hotel for my stay. My family always got good memory when we stayed at Conrad hotel in other country. So, we have no doubt about Conrad Dalian. And, it turned out just as I expected. Conrad Dalian gave really good experience to my family. Conrad Dalian located along a beautiful shores nearby Dalian port. It was very close with big shopping mall and famous restaurants. So, it was very convenient to visit other place. Moreover, Dalian's taxi fare was very cheap. Thus I could move to everywhere with low expense. As you can guess, Conrad Dalian has really nice facility. My room was always clean and all amenity was also good. Before visit this hotel, I asked some preparations for my young daughter and I could get very fast response from the hotel. One hotel staff 'Sunny' supported me and she gave me her helping hands for my reservation. During my stay, I didn't have any inconvenience. All staffs are very kind and they have very supportive manner for guests. When I visit executive lounge which located at 38th floor, all lounge staffs gave me warm welcome with a radiant smile. Lounge staff Gloria and Vicky took care for my family with careful considerations. And, I would like to give my special thanks to 'Kitty'. She always gave her care and attention for my family's stay. Kitty set an example of great concierge service. She has very professional manner with fast processing capability. Yes! everybody said that Conrad hotel is good hotel. But, I think Kitty & Conrad Dalian's staff made the hotel more special.

A very functional hotel with upper class comfort.

The Conrad is relatively new and modern. It offers very good accommodation with spacious and clean rooms but somehow it doesn't deserve 5 stars because it feels a bit sterile, like a congress hotel. I guess it is a good choice if you want to stay there for a few days but I wouldn't consider it ideal for an extended vacation trip stay.

４回目の宿泊ですが偶然にもまた同じ部屋でした。地上の変化が良くわかり良かったです。フロント対応に時間がかかるところは相変わらずですから余裕をもった方が良いです。また、日本語対応は今回も難しいと感じました。ロビーでバスローブ部屋スリッパ姿は如何かと思います。ビックリしました。

Great service with very helpful staff. Hardware and infrastructure of the hotel is excellent as well. However, it’s far away from everything (basically have to take taxi if you want to go anywhere)

最高級ホテルです。ですが回りにその他商業施設少なく、ホテルライフを楽しむのであれば最高。現地旧正月のため、宿泊者少なく快適でした。ジムやプールも利用し、最高でした。

港に近くの5星ホテル

ホテルはロビーは静かで、中国には無い落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルです。 中国出張は毎回使っています。 部屋は広くて清潔で、ウォッシュレットつきトイレでした。

細部にわたり掃除が行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごせた。従業員の対応も適切で満足した。また機会があれば宿泊させていただきます。

部屋は高級感のあるハイセンスなもの。オーシャンビューの眺望はすばらしいです。TOTOウォシュレット個室状態なので、日本人にはありがたいです。プールの天井のステンドはすばらしいものでした。

3回目の宿泊

交通が凄く便利で、空港からも近いです。 スタッフの対応がとても親切です。 次回、また泊まりたいです。 1日だけ部屋のwi-fiが使えなかった。ちょっと不便でした。

玄関正面の絵が特にすばらしい、絵の内容はわかりませんでしたが。日本語のセッメイ等があれば尚良い。

子供たちとの宿泊でしたが、ワンルームについては延長しました。延長時の料金が一般の料金であり同一の条件ではないのが不満。 ホテルについては閑静な所にあり、レストランなどの対応は良かった。

One of the worst stay ever

Let me share my bad bad experience with this hotel. I booked a plan which offers me free room upgrade and free breakfast.When we checked in the front desk staff didn't even mention about the room upgrade, however actually I totally forgot about it, so there was not any issue at that time.And next morning, we went to the top floor restaurant for breakfast and as soon as we started eating, one female staff approached me and requested me to pay breakfast fee. I was so embarrassed and told her to check again, and she left for a while and came back and insisted the same thing.I was so sure that she misunderstood so told her again to reconfirm.And she finally admit our plan was included breakfast, however she said that's the substitute for room upgrade. I couldn't understand so asked her what she was meaning.She said actually we could choose either room upgrade or breakfast, and we didn't choose room upgrade, so we can have breakfast for free...This made me rather mad and even angry, because I thought I could be offered both of them, but she is now saying like that. And even nobody explained clearly about the choice of room upgrade or breakfast.I don't know and even am not interested in whose's mistake or fault, hotel side or booking agency side, but what made me most unhappy was 1. the attitude of the staff, she didn't even say a word "I am sorry for your inconvenience" 2. they didn't explain clearly about the rate plan when I checked in 3. nobody followed up afterward

The hotel itself including the manner of the staffs is factastic.The room is nice and clean. However the location is not good enough so far. The area is developing now so in few years, it will be a good location I guess. So you need to wait for the taxi.
