I liked the fact that the ambience was very quiet, and there were many, many activities, which was wonderful, the food was too good, and the service. The rooms were always cleaned everyday, very neatly. Also the souvenir (Camel toy) is great for memories!

Great location, its based in a quiet remote area however taxis available 24/7 to commute to malls and restaurants which is only 10-15mins from hotel

The service at this hotel is truly outstanding—on another level. The staff is extremely helpful, and if there’s an issue with the room, they fix it almost immediately. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms are outdated, and the furniture looks dated, even though it’s not worn out. That being said, the rest of the hotel is in great condition. The facilities, including the large pool and the nice beach, are excellent. Breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of options. They a variety of fresh choices to start the day right. If this hotel wants to stay competitive in the future, renovations are essential. The service is top-notch, but the outdated rooms are the only drawback.
