Proprietor was very helpful, allowed us to store our suitcases for several hours, carried them up/down the steep long staircase for us, gave us city directions.

- • We were shocked by the “hotel” appearance upon arrival. It is located on the 3rd floor of a rundown old building, no elevator, leaking roof, towel on hall carpet near our room door.

Tempo stupendo Citta Bellissima.
Nessuna colazione , posizione centrale l'unica pecca il vocio e confusione della Piazza fino a tarda notte, la prossima volta chiedero' una stanza piu interna per avere piu silenzio, nel contesto tutto sommato è andata benissimo.

- • La mancanza del piatto doccia ha influito negativamente su questa valutazione. L'odore di fogna proveniente dagli scarichi era nauseabondo. C'era un frigorifero, ma senza presa elettrica, quindi impossibile da utilizzare.

- • No tiene ascensor y hay muchas escaleras. Recepción no esta abierta 24 horas. Pero eso ya lo sabes antes de alojarse (si lees bien todo lo que pone y no vas de listo) puesto que lo indican en las características. Así que todo genial, recomiendo este alojamiento sin dudarlo.

- • Unfortunatelly since its so well placed in the city noise could become an issue, also opening the window you could feel the smell from the donner place which is right below the hotel. If you dont mind that its a good place overall.

- • Anche se la permanenza è stata molto gradevole, mi è dispiaciuto non trovare un bidet nel bagno, cosa devo dire un po’ scomoda, inoltre non ci è stata garantita la prima colazione.

- • La sensazione è che eravamo inaspettati perché al telefono dopo 5 volte che chiamavo senza risposta mi è stato detto: oggi ? Mi dia 30 minuti e facciamo check in. Mentre sulle altre stanze c'era il numero sulla porta sulla nostra c'era scritto PRIVATO. Il condizionatore aggiustato alla meglio con scotch faceva un rumore imbarazzante, li ho chiamati al tel e mi hanno detto che non immaginavano ( e lo scotch ? ) e che avrebbero rimediato( non sono nemmeno entrati visto che il telecomando era nella stessa posizione di come lo avevamo lasciato ) Dopo notte insonne mi spiace la mia esperienza è stata un flop !

- • It did not really bother me as a young person, but older people might have problem to climb the stairs at the entrance. Also, the surrounding area is quite busy which might be a bit disturbing for early sleepers as some sound gets to the rooms. However, the central location and easy access to all the services, including those that are not traps for tourists (amazing trattoria with local prices around corner and store with fair priced drinks downstairs), balanced up the cons and we were satisfied with this accommodation.

- • The shower door was broken and if someone was bigger than size 12 they would never be able to get into this shower because of the size of the door and the fact they didn’t slide, we’re just hanging on the last thread Super loud cleaning staff in the morning - starting from 7:30 slamming the doors and talking as if they were alone Reception - no one at the reception past 16:00, literally nobody every day, so didn’t feel particularly safe as you just let yourself in and out and you feel like it’s an Airbnb not a hotel

One clean apartmnet, with very kind and helpful staff. Aparmant in the city center, you can reach everywhere by foot. Internet maybe doesn’t work perfectly all the time, but not big deal, because we just slept in apartment.Really suggested, and I hope so that I will stay here again.

The room on the front side of the hotel have a nice view over the central square. Be aware of one counterside which is the noise coming from the square especially in weekends.
