- • Na to, ze to je 5hvezda. V pokoji v koupelne nebyly ani dolute hygi nicke potreby ve sprchovem koute, cele to bylo takove zaflusane. Asi i mimo sezonu, takze v hotelu nikdy nebyl a meli i polivicni rezim. Cestuji casto a hotel by zaslouzil 3-4 hvezdy a rozhodne ne 5. V pokoji byl hluk z venku a nebylo doplneno.

- • Wenn man ein Zimmer unterhalb des Frühstücksaales hat hört man wie das Personal mit dem Wagen das Geschirr abräumt. Es ist sehr ringhörig. Bei Frühstück musste mann immer darauf aufmersam machen das aufgefüllt werden sollte, Brot Käse Auffschnitt…

- • Angusta, molto vecchia, mal curata. Oltre là moquette che porta polvere e allergie nei bagni per fare la doccia c’è ancora la vasca scomodissima. La cassettiera del bagno staccata che cadeva ad ogni risciacquo. Non vale la cifra che ho pagata in bassa stagione senza colazione oltretutto. Il personale garbato ma non mi ha risolto il problema della tv che non si vedeva.
Struttura molto bella, di fronte il mare, bella vista sull'Etna. meraviglioso il giardino, molto bella la piscina. Interni con un bel gusto esotico nelle strutture e negli arredi che richiama l'oriente e le indie. Di ottimo livello il ristorante interno, "Il coriandolo".

Il Romano Palace e' il mio. Paradiso a Catania !! A partire dalla location straordinaria es elegante, e per continuare tutto lo staff, professionale, competente, amichevole!! Ho apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza delle ragazze nella sala colazione, che ti propongono una varietà multicolore e molto appetitosa di succulenti cibi dal salato al dolce!! I tavoli sono pieni di ogni ben di dio !! Non manca nulla ,!! La sala e' all' ultimo piano e si gode di una vista mozzafiato !! Poi la reception con ragazzi davvero fantastici, molto professionali e disponibili!! Al bar i ragazzi sono bravissimi e preparano cocktail e aperitivi superlativi!! A Cena o a pranzo, si possono gustare le portate straordinariamente innovative dello chef !! Il Metre e' molto elegante e disponibile e tratta tutti con molta gentilezza !! Passare una settimana rigenerante presso il Romano palace, rimette in forma !! Felice di tornare ogni volta e ringrazio i proprietari Stefania e Giuseppe, per la loro accoglienza sempre calorosa !! I was on a business trip. The hotel facilities are excellent for business travellers. All the staff are very professional and helpful. The location is also close to various lido's well located for vacation/holiday makers.

Eher enttäuschend, aber es war nur eine Nacht für den Flughafen.
Die Lage ist abseits von Catania und dem Flughafen. Es liegt an der Strandstraße. Der Zugang führt über einen dunklen und wenig einladenden Straßenbereich in eine Sackgasse. Dahinter Park und Spielplatz. Insgesamt eher ein dunkler und trister Auftritt und es muss dringend am Konzept, Renovierung und vor allem Belichtung gearbeitet werden. Für ein 5-Sterne LUXUS Hotel sehr trauriges Angebot.

- • Frühstück war in einem schönen hellen Raum mit guter Aussicht in viele Bereiche. Wenn das ganze Hotel so wäre..... Qualität war sehr gut und komplett ausreichend. Highlight des Aufenthalts mit schönen Blick auf den Ätna.
Ein sehr schöne Anlage, ein gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, gutes WLAN. Die Lage zum Flughafen ist gut für frühe Abflüge.

- • Das ganze Hotel ist sehr 1980er. Es gibt in den Zimmern kaum Steckdosen, das Mobiliar ist etwas abgenutzt (Ausnahme: Betten sehr gut!). Man braucht einen Mietwagen, bis ins Zentrum ist die Strecke nicht für einen Spaziergang zu empfehlen.

- • Zarezerwowałam pokój 3 osobowy a wszystko było przygotowane dla 2 osób Musieliśmy się upomnieć o ręczniki, pościel, kapcie dla trzeciej osoby. Oczywiście wszystko było od razu dostarczone ale nie tak powinno być. Proszę zwrócić na to uwagę.

- • This is no where near a five star. It was filthy, staimed sgeets, filthy pillows and the mattress was stained. Called reception and was changed rooms, even filthier, called Booking.com and showed them the photos, chexked out. This place is a filthy dive, with zero hygiene.

Not a great location
The hotel was okay, a little dated but the room was large, clean and comfortable. However not being able to control the temperature of our room and having to call reception was irritating. The restaurant was good, but service was slow. Staff were all lovely, and very helpful.

Ten hotel to jedno wielkie nieporozumienie. Jeśli chcesz spędzić komfortowy pobyt to nie tutaj.

- • The hotel is old, neglected, and has many defects. The rooms were dirty and smelly. There was mold by the sink. The fridge in the room, which should have been one of the cleanest places, was completely dirty! We didn't receive bathrobes, which were guaranteed in the description. We only learned at reception that we couldn't use the sun loungers on the beach, even though the hotel itself had informed us they would be available. We had breakfast between 8:30 and 9:00, which is early, yet half the stations weren't replenished, making the selection limited. The food wasn't bad, but it lacked variety for a 5-star hotel. The sun loungers by the pool were different from the photos and very uncomfortable. The fitness room was closed, and the entrance was blocked with dirty, old mattresses. After contacting the hotel and attempting to complain about my stay, I was threatened with legal action. This hotel should be avoided.

La posizione del hotel . La camera aveva un bel balcone, con tavolino e due sedie . In oltre il balcone era incorniciato di piante 🥰 e si vedeva un parco , Dalla sala colazione al piano superiore si godeva di un bel panorama , mi piaceva il parcheggio privato del hotel, Ps: lo staff alla reception era molto gentile, e hanno dato un immediato aiuto ad un piccolo problema mio personale ed ancbe per un cambio stanza. Invece di due letti singoli ,scelti sul sito booking , ci volevano dare una matrimoniale . Ma ci hanno immediatamente cambiato la stanza .( Sembra che booking non ha inoltrato la nostra scelta.)

Per potee caricare il telefono mobile ,dovevo staccare la lamada del comodino per aver una presa elettrica a disposizione . Ps: nella prenotazione su booking ho scelto di avere una stanza con due letti singoli. ma forse questa comunicazione non é stato inoltrato al hotel.

- • Tutto il resto!! Non capisco come possano dichiarare l’hotel un 5 stelle lusso. La camera è quella di un tre stelle!! Pulizia scadente, quasi fatiscenti, odore di chiuso e umido, occorre una seria ristrutturazione!!

- • Very old and used-up premises. Plaster is fallen ng off the wall in the bathroom. Very old furniture, partly dirty. The most modern piece was an alexa-echo show.

- • Hôtel assez vieux qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Accueil à notre arrivée assez "froid". Environnement proche avec beaucoup de bâtiments abandonnés ce qui ne donne pas envie de se balader.

- • Poor breakfast, defective shower head, water leaking out of bathtub, shower gel not refilled, no working AC, lights on and off randomly, “do not disturb” switch didn’t work, parking lot full due to some kind of convention, TV loosing picture and signal, bar closed on weekends in the morning where I was having coffee due to poor breakfast.

- • Struttura poco mantenuta: 5 stelle lusso negli anni 80. Ho dovuto dormire con la luce e l’aria condizionata accesa per ricaricare il telefono. La colazione una delusione unica: nessun dolce tipico siciliano nel buffet e caffè da distributore automatico.

- • hot water : only 3 minutes, after 3 minutes, it comes cold water. my wife had to wait until hot water comes. facilities, location no good. No spa, it is located in ghost surroundings and dead beach.
Terrible service and dingy hotel
The room was dark with only one light in one corner and very dingy and appeared dirty. The shower head was separated and could not be used at all. There did not appear to be any maintenance on this room. I asked to be moved because of loud noicse under my room and was denied. The party went on all night with loud techno. I could not sleep at all. I left the hotel at about 4:30 and the music stopped about 4:15 as I was waiting for the taxi. Horrible experience. Neighborhood was very sketchy. Abandoned buildings between the hotel and the beach.....the neighborhood did not appear safe for walking at all. This is far from the center of town. It has no redeeming qualities at all. Definitely not 5 star. The photos online do not represent reality at all. I regret this experience.

- • Il rumore degli operai alle 7.30, la mancanza di areazione nel bagno, la TV prende solo 5 canali, pulizia superficiale, la numerazione delle camere con numeri mancanti, mancavano accessori nella camera, disattenzione dei particolari.

Nice hotel and friendly service, but the bathroom and surroundings are disappointing.

The immediate surroundings show a lot of vacant properties and don’t feel particularly safe in the evening. The room was large and clean. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice, but don’t arrive too early as not everything is set out yet. The bathroom is the main drawback: the water temperature changes roughly every 30 seconds, the showerhead has little pressure, the bathtub is very slippery, and the bathroom gets very wet after showering. The restaurant serves decent food, but the prices are disproportionately high for what you get. Conclusion: perfectly fine for a few days, provided you factor in the bathroom issues and the less pleasant surroundings.

Constantly felt unclean, like if you lie in the bed or even walk in the room floor you feel dirty and want a shower which is also a problem because the water is lukewarm at the best . Two days of an uncomfortable room cause AC wasn’t working too find out you have to ask reception to turn it on. Linens don’t get changed just made which makes no difference cause they are all damp same as towels. The gym is a scam aswell. Bugs will eat you alive which isn’t exactly the hotels fault but not given AC escalates it a lot . We are covered in bites . Could not wait to leave

- • Die Lage ist für Urlauber unpraktisch. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist zu groß für einen regelmäßiugen Fußweg und die Busse fahren zu selten. Das Bad ist nicht in sehr gutem Zustand. FreieSteckdosen gibt es wenige. Der Flughafen ist nicht zu überhören.
