- • The lower levels are noisy, from noise both within and outside the hotel. Once we changed rooms there were no noise issues.

早餐非常好吃，地理位置特别棒，就在捷运站旁边。楼下就有711、全家、星巴克。也有一个小商场可以吃饭，里面有海底捞和烧鸟，总之非常便捷。 房间本身有些老旧，还是挺干净。反正出来旅游也不会在房间待多久，所以还是很满意！

A wonderful stay at a great hotel.
It was truly great to have breakfast buffet and afternoon happy hour provided by the hotel during our stay. It saves us the hassle of going out for dinner if we do not want to. All the hotel staff were very friendly and gave excellent customer service. Hotel is also conveniently located next to a MRT station which makes it very easy to take public transport. The hotel also had a string quartet performed in the hotel during X'mas day and guest could enjoy the wonderful performance while enjoying the happy hour.

- • 滞在二日目、寒いのでエアーコンディショナーの温度を上げても暖かくならず、フロントに伝えたら全館冷房設定になっている、必要なら暖房器具を貸しますと言われ、台湾は年中温暖なのか、と妙に納得しました。

Excellent customer service (from doormen, receptionists to breakfast waiters/waitresses) and very well-done room-cleaning jobs. I am very impressed by these two strengths offered by Les Suites during our 5 nights of stay. The room facilities were also well-maintained, although furniture is a bit old. We felt relaxed and comfortable during the stay. The location (despite parking difficulties) is great - easily accessible to nice restaurants, shops and MRT station.

- • Parking at the hotel is not easy due to very limited parking space on site (there is a contracted parking garage in the neighborhood - you would need to check with the receptionist to find out). The bed is a little bit too bouncy. It does not impact the sleeping quality, but it would have been our perfect stay if the bed was more comfortable.

よかった点がありすぎて、書ききれないぐらいです。 朝食は温かい卵料理を用意してくださいました。 夕方にハッピーアワーのサービスがあり、ワインやビール、ソフトドリンク、お食事までいただけました。 また、ラウンジサービスもあり、いつでもコーヒー、紅茶、クッキーがいただけました。 お部屋もゆったりしていて、洗面台やクローゼットが広く、とても使いやすかったです。また、隅々までお掃除が行き届いていて、とても快適でした。ウェルカムフルーツやコーヒーお茶もありました。 今回宿泊したお部屋にはロッキングチェアがあり、楽しく過ごすことができました。 もちろんホテルの方はみなさんご親切で、ホテルの雰囲気がとても落ち着いて素敵です。 またぜひ、宿泊したいです！

- • 残念な点としては、窓を開けると隣接する古く老朽化した建物が視界に入り、さらにゴミが落ちているのが見えてしまい、窓を開けて過ごすことができませんでした。せっかくの朝の日差しを楽しむことができなかったのは非常に残念です。植栽や目隠しなど、景観に配慮した改善を検討していただけると、滞在満足度が大きく向上すると思います。

Les Suites Taipei Ching-Cheng Oct 19,20,21. 2025. Room 615. Standard double room. Rather small room, very modern, very clean. Hard wood floor. A bit dark. Coffee capsule machine in the room. Fresh fruits on the day of your arrival. Flawless friendly check-in. From 5 to 7 pm happy hour. Free food and drinks - soft drinks, wine, beer. Excellent food, nicely presented and extremely tasteful. Attentive service by experienced and knowledgeable personnel. Good wines. Fresh flowers on your table. Breakfast is another feast for the eyes and the palate. A 6-30 AM breakfast would accommodate a lot of guesses. Few working AC outlets. A bit pricey during the weekends. A comfortable bed hugging the wall on one side makes it difficult to get up and could be dangerous especially at night. Shower pressure and WIFI both were great. Wonderful stay. Special thanks to the dining room staff – breakfast and happy hour - for splendid food and service.

Happy hour in the evening had delicious food and good drinks. We only stayed for one night anf the bed was really comfortable. Also the breakfast had good options and liked that we can checkout at 12 and sleep longer

It was so wonderful. Such old world luxury. Beautiful rooms with great amenities like fresh flowers and a Japanese toilet. Rooms were so quiet. The breakfasts were incredible. The staff were so excellent, especially Alex at the front desk, and Jing at the restaurant. I’d live at the hotel if I could!

A very good stay!
Perfectly located in the center of the city and 2 min walk to subway station, but remains a quiet location. The decor is in a retro style, nice taste! Room is with good size. F&B offers are very generous and delicious. I also had a staff (or a hotel manager) who went out of his way to offer assistance.

- • I think the hotel has been opened for quite some years. Even though very well maintained, some refreshments would be even better. The bed is also a little too soft to my preference.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Weiter hat uns sehr gefallen, dass das Hotel eine sehr angenehme, überschaubare Größe hat, nicht so riesig ist. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle von 2 Linien ist fast direkt vor dem Hotel. Gegen Aufpreis bekamen wir einen Late Check-out. Neben der Hotel-Limousine konnten wir auch ein reguläres Taxi zum Flughafen über das Hotel bestellen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Been staying here for past 20 years. Location is excellent and value for money. However, the hotel is now very tired & desperately needs upgrading & refurb. The breakfast food was below average but the happy hour food was good. I found the staff lacking in training & language skills this time. Overall, with the competition in Taipei now, this hotel needs to up their game!

- • Lichtsystem sehr kompliziert zu bedienen, wenn man die Klimaanlage anmachte, ging das gesamte Licht an, ansonsten sehr dunkle Zimmer, etwas ungemütlich. Als wir vom Frühstück kamen, was so gegen 9 Uhr war, war bereits die Reinigungskraft im Zimmer, was wir als etwas seltsam empfanden. Mitarbeiter im Frühstückssaal könnten etwas freundlicher sein, kein Lächeln, keine Regung. Auch beobachtete das Personal einen regelrecht, wenn man sich am Buffet etwas holte. Man wird richtig angestarrt, als würden sie sich ansehen, was man und wie viel man sich nimmt. Empfanden wir nicht sehr angenehm. Auch gab es keine Treppen mit denen man das Zimmer erreichen konnte, was wir komisch fanden im Falle eines Brandes, da es nur Aufzüge gibt. Wir haben den Rezeptionisten gefragt und der bestätigte uns, dass es keine Treppen gibt. Sein Englisch war auch etwas begrenzt, er verstand gar nicht was wir meinten.

- • こちらのホテルを利用させていただくのは２回目でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応、設備の一つひとつへの心配りがとても素敵なホテルです。観光で疲れて一息つきたい時にも軽食をいただけるサービスもあります。お部屋の設備も行き届いており、スマホの充電ケーブルがあったり、アイロンもあったりと細かいところのサービスがとても素敵なホテルでした。 スタッフの皆さんもとても感じの良い方たちで、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。
以前から利用したいと思っていました。大変、落ち着いた良いホテルでした。フロントでは足ツボマッサージ店の予約などを大変、丁寧に対応していただきました。朝食やハッピーアワーの内容も大変満足できるものでした。ただ一点、シャワーブースのドアの隙間から水が飛び出します。ドア金具を見直す必要があるようですね。

在這裡真的可以安心放鬆 環境感覺整潔，住宿到餐點都非常用心，小至水杯都有附上防塵紙蓋衛生且環保，隨處可見美麗的鮮花點綴看了心情也很美，還備有迎賓水果、水杯水瓶在床頭，大至電梯樓層保護隱私安全，還有印象熱水瓶已經煮好水，體重計、燙衣服的工具
物超所值，很多小細節都默默的非常用心，員工很親切 專業

- • Everything seemed good for its price but can only be better if they were more new. I suspect many people like this place like us but we know deep down that the place can improve just a bit more if some things were less used up.
