Frühstück war super! Sehr indonesisch aber vielfältig. Natürlich auch Westliche Angebote verfügbar. Sehr idyllischer Ort in Ancol

- • Tagespass, zum Betreten des Resortsbereichs, bekommt man nur wenn man direkt über Mercure bucht als Gast, aber sie haben trotzdem Ausnahmen für mich im Endeffekt gemacht und bin sehr dankbar für das gesamte Mercure Ancol Team. 🫶
Over all it was very nice experience
The room smells good, the bed is comfy, the breakfast is delicious, and the pool is spacious. I like to use wara wiri to reach the facility

- • The location is hard to reach because the traffic is everywhere. Some foods are slow-refilled, and some tables are slowly cleaned. The table's position is too dense

Excellent Stay
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Convention Center, Ancol , Jakarta Utara. The Grand Presidential Suite lived up to its reputation. Really good quality. The service from the drivers and cleaners was fantastic. The bell boys and reception were also very professional and made our stay very pleasant. Sadly though the food and service in the restaurant really let the whole stay down. My husband, Chef John Mountain asked for a MR Fillet Steak but unfortunately it came less than blue. But apart from that little episode the whole stay was magnificent and we can’t thank Ibu Ola, Jason, and Anwar enough. Ongku and Dhony Isa were also fantastic. Thanks again Rita and John Mountain
