- • The room was too small. There was a leak in the sink. The tub was small. The whole room was very dark and the only window was tiny. Also there was a horrible smell of smoke in the lobby, and the restaurant.

Not great
Check in took over a half hour. We had to park our car at the main entrance that was really busy. The park and stay parking lot was confusing and not well marked. We had to go back to the desk twice becasue we didnt believe it was the correct lot. The lot was not secure. The room was noisey as the fan on the heater was loud. We had to turn the heat down so we could eventually fall asleep. When we first checked in we were given a key etc. Abour and hour later we had a group of people knocking on our door who had the same room key. Turned out the reception gave out the room we were already in. We were able to stay in our room. We would not stay here again due to the non secure parking they offer for the park , stay and fly.

Parking is crazy!! Not enough, had to park very very far from the hotel. They didn’t tell us there is a charge to park. $35 for one night. Room was fine. Bathroom was very small. Bed was comfy. Did not realize that there was a small window that opens. Would have been nice to get fresh air in the room. Would not stay here again.

Close to where I needed to be in the morning. Quiet except for traffic and planes. Desk guys were great.

- • I was sad that the bar closed at 11. I was sad that there was no bucket for ice and I had to use a bag. Downtown parking prices are no bueno.

Maybe a 3 star, overall poor service
This is far from a 4 star hotel. I give it 3 stars at best. Foreign workers with no pride in customer service. Hotel would not make use of sliding doors due to cold so instead had everyone funnel through a 36" door which I believe is illegal as per fire code with the mass of people staying here coming in and out. Room was ok, not particularly clean, only 1 set of towels for a double room, barely enough room to open door with suitcase, door always hit the closet door, restaurant was a kids menu of fast food despite showing a nice option online and boasting a chef who was clearly not there during our 4 day work stay. Breakfast was nothing special, rather gross to be honest. Anyways overall I do not recommend.
