Very luxurious time away from home!
Malik was very nice and informative and provided a smooth and seamless check in. Thomás provided exceptional butler services and tended to our every need. The guerlin spa was amazing also and my girlfriend really enjoyed and said it was the best massage she ever had. Didn’t get a chance to try any of the restaurants but will definitely be back and will try! The hotel really focuses on providing quality for the price! Highly recommend!

Excellent location welcomed by warm greeters. Best in class butler Michael and Rory served thru out with heart. Esp Michael who troubleshooted my IT connection. Room Service cooking soup that warmed my stomach.

- • Front desk needs good follow through. Some of the agreed discussion was not picked up. Breakfast in breakfast lounge needs improvement. Long wait, sub par food.
