Very nice hotel next to the airport shuttle. It was very close to the shopping area (Taksim and İstiklal street). The staff were very friendly gentlemen. Everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here when I return to Istanbul again. I highly recommend it.👍

Close to Taksim square and metro. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Very clean.

Staff very welcoming and eager to please. Room very comfortable and had a welcoming fruit plate. The room even had a safe box and fridge. Questions were answered promply and in a polite manner. Will visit again, the next time in Istanbul.

We moved to another hotel we didn’t expected the move. We request refund however it was not entertained. We should fully refund this hotel stay as we didn’t pick this hotel. We moved to The pointe hotel

The reception was wonderful — the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in the vibrant heart of Istanbul, right in Taksim, and very close to the airport shuttle bus station, which was super convenient. The only downside was the poor sound insulation in the room. I could hear people talking in the hallways and noise from the street, which affected the overall comfort.
