- • U wc školjci je curila voda sto je apsolutno nedopustivo u hotelu s 5*. Dok se tuširate, cijevi za odvod rade neobično glasnu buku. Prozor se ne može dobro zatvoriti. Osoblje za doručkom i u restoranu na večeri nije osobito ljubazno.

- • The staff should definitely receive better training, as the overall service level was lower than expected. The rule that does not allow Club Floor guests to access the Club Lounge on the day of check-out seems strange and unfair, especially for guests who had a late check-in.
