Best afternoon tea hands down
Thali did a wonderful job. 10/10 would highly recommend. We’ve had afternoon tea in every part of the world and I have to say this is one of the best experiences, hands down.

First class service from Thuli
Absolutely beautiful hotel, and all the staff where lovely and very attentive. Thuli was our waitress and she explained everything to us and looked after us. 5 star service

Very good, not great.
We went for their tea service which is in a beautiful room overlooking a terrace. We were given a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to start. There are numerous teas to choose from and my peach white tea was excellent. The savory bites were all very good. The scone was a plain biscuit-tasting bread which wasn’t very good. The sweet pastries were ok. The pastry part was a little soft as if it had been outside in the humidity a while. The fourth course which was slices of cake was good. In fact my carrot cake was perfect. The staff were nice, but not as sweet and friendly as at our hotel, the Taj.

Literally the best day of tea and cake .. would do it again and again. And Thuli was so lovely and kind.
