The hotel is really big but it needs maintenance in main lobby , the mat is already buried deteriorated and looks old and a bit unprofessional

I have stayed at the Hotel Shangri-La in Jakarta on multiple occasions. It is a nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is a great combination of Indonesian, western, and other foods. The pool and children’s water play area make this a great option for those traveling to Jakarta with children.
