Fantastic stay at Balmoral hotel
We had a great time at The Balmoral for our amazing five nights stay. We tried the fitness and spa experience and all the different bars and restaurants: we had a good afternoon tea in Palm court bar and a fantastic dinner in Number one restaurant too. Prince brasserie is the best option you can find for you dinner or breakfast here, all the staff is nice and we want to give special thanks to Laura, really welcoming and professional. We also tried Scotch, the whiskey hotel bar, where we had many delicious whiskies, thanks to our friends Ross and Curtis, and we were also given all the informations in our own language about all the different whiskies by an outstanding expert: Mr Edoardo, really keen on the matter. The stay was a great experience!

- • De kamer viel tegen, gebreken worden niet opgelost en op alles, ook de kamerprijs, wil met 12,5% service charge heffen.
Simply the best!
We stayed at the Balmoral for the rugby weekend between 13-15 February. Once again, we received a warm welcome from the concierge team who looked after our car and bags, while we were escorted to reception. We were met by Yari who greeted us as friends and quick and efficiently checked us in. Our room was ready even though we were early, on arrival at the room, we were met by a member of the concierge team with our bags, now that is a great service. Our room was spacious and had a view over the old town. We visited the Bar Prince on several occasions during our stay. Giovanni, Stefano, Matteo and the bar team always ensure the experience is exceptional, it is our favourite bar of any hotel we have visited. A group of eight of us had diner in Brasserie Prince, everyone agreed it was exceptional, with impeccable food and drink and a wonderful staff team. Breakfast on the Sunday was very busy, but well organised. We were shown to the waiting area which had refreshments while we had a short wait before being seated in the brasserie. Choice and quality of the breakfast was to the highest standards. During breakfast, Finlay came to check everything was ok with breakfast and our dinner the previous evening. We look forward to returning in a few weeks for the next rugby weekend.

27th anniversary.
My fiancee and I celebrated our anniversary here last December 2025.it was our 2nd visit after previous 8yrs ago,I'd like to say a massive thankyou to all concernd for the surprise upgrade was such a unexpected treat.also for the excellent service especially a big thankyou to reception team namely Shubham&Leo who made our break special. We look forward to our 3rd return in the near future, once again we appreciate all yr efforts and kindness. Yours faithfully Michael and jan room 547.
