- • Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits en choisissant expressément une chambre avec un lit double pour un séjour en amoureux. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir deux lits simples. Lorsque nous en avons parlé à la responsable, elle n’a rien voulu savoir et nous a indiqué qu’il fallait payer 50 € supplémentaires par nuit pour obtenir une chambre avec un lit double. Nous trouvons cela inacceptable, surtout compte tenu du prix payé et du fait qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Dormir dans deux lits simples lors d’un séjour en couple n’est pas l’expérience attendue. Ce n’est qu’à partir de la deuxième nuit qu’ils ont finalement rapproché les lits pour faire un lit “à l’italienne”, mais cela reste très décevant. Une expérience globalement décevante pour un établissement de cette catégorie.
