Amazing stay! Our place in HK!
Wow, what a stay! Can we rate this 6 stars?! There are certain hotels that go above and beyond, that create an emotional connection, that feel intuitively comfortable. This is one of them. We stayed here with our 2 young boys for 5 nights over Christmas. This hotel checked every box for us and made our visit to Hong Kong extra special. We stayed in a harbor view 1 bedroom suite with a den, which was spectacular - the best room we’ve ever experienced. The view over the harbor and HK Island is amazing, and the usable outdoor balcony makes it even more special. We really appreciated the details in the room - the finishes are all very well done. The den with foldout bed (and its own view toward HK Island) was perfect for our boys to share (ages 9 and 5). One night one of the boys slept on the main couch in the living room, which was also comfortable for him. Having a washer and dryer in the room was especially helpful for traveling with our young kids. We also appreciated the versatile bathroom with a total of 3 sinks, meaning we never felt crowded. My wife remarked that the room details and design was far superior to her stay at the Peninsula earlier in the year, and on par with a previous stay at Upper House (both Upper House and Artus were designed by Andre Fu). The location is spectacular. If you are staying on the Kowloon side, this is as good as it gets. We loved the easy back-door access into the K11 mall, which has an amazing food court, great restaurants, and a curated mix of stores that’s refreshing in the somewhat boring HK luxury-driven mall scene. My wife loved using the back elevator in Artus to go straight down to B2 in K11 for one of the best bakeries in the city. We also enjoyed easy access to the Rosewood restaurants. It’s also super convenient to have indoor access to the East TST MTR station and underground walkways around TST. The island is great, but we think TST is ideal for a leisure visit with kids. We were a little concerned about limited service offerings, given it’s a serviced apartment rather than a true full-service hotel, but there was no reason to worry. We found the doormen and front desk team to be incredibly accommodating and helpful with any request. We arrived on a morning flight before our room was available, but the team graciously allowed us to use another room to freshen up and rest throughout the day before our room was ready in the afternoon. Breakfast is a limited menu and not a buffet, but we appreciated the service and quality. There is no room service, but that was not a deal breaker for us, given the easy access to K11. The team was so accommodating with helping us with our bags, including storing them overnight while we went to the Mainland. They also helped us have a Christmas tree delivered to our suite for the stay, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was another highlight. One day we mistakenly left the Do Not Disturb light on while out. We came back in the late afternoon, assuming we missed our opportunity for the day. We left the room for no more than 30 minutes at 5pm and were surprised upon our return to see the room had been cleaned, without asking anyone! We can’t wait to return. This is our place in HK!

Amazing harbour views, service needs more work
Our room was harbourside 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms and views are gorgeous. Service and guest experience however needs alot of work. Spoke with the manager on duty about checkin and the maintenance issues. He was professional and apologetic. Offered to fix the maintenance items whilst we were having breakfast. But for a room that costs over $10k HKD per night, I expected better. Rooms: The views are jaw droppingly amazing. There are a number of HK hotels with a view of the harbour. But there's no other hotel with your own balcony looking over the harbour (unless you get the penthouse/suites). To wake up and step outside in the fresh air with panoramic views of the harbour is incredible. Something I'd recommend everyone try at least once in their life! The room is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 bedrooms and living rooms all have equal panoramic views of the harbour. Room sizing is generous with 2 ensuites. Beds were comfortable and you can request a firmer pillow. Kitchen is a good size and functional with everything you would need. Had an issue with one of the bedroom ceiling lights refusing to turn off. Called reception, staff came up promptly but noted it was an issue that requires a 2nd visit from maintenance. I asked for the light to be disconnected (it sounded like a common issue with wiring). There were also minor issues with the sink drainage which was resolved. Checkin: Our family was not offered to sit down and we were standing at counter to complete paperwork. Welcome drink was a paper carton of water, put on the counter in front of us. We were not asked if we wanted a drink, nor were we provided with a drink selection. At the very least, serve the water in a glass. Checkin counters at both entrances was on the ground floor in a small dark area. I heard checkin used to be on L10 which had floor to ceiling harbour panorama. Why isn't checkin done there? First impressions of the hotel is not good. Confusing hotel layout and other oddities: The hotel layout is rather confusing and the architect must've been given a brief to fit as many lifts in as possible. There's ground floor reception at opposite ends of the building. First lift gets you to level 10 with common facilities (breakfast, lounge, gym, pool). 1 set of lifts for room floors 11-16, and then another set of express lift for room floors 17-21 (why does a 12 floor hotel need express lifts??). In addition, level 18 to 21 harbour side rooms have private lifts which requires transfer on level17. So to get to our room, we had to catch 3 lifts from the ground floor. It defeats the exclusivity point (only 1 of those lifts were private, the other 2 were public lifts) and a huge pain trying to get to/from room. Only later did I discover that I could step out to our level's common corridor and catch one of the lifts all the way to ground floor (but the staff did not explain this at checkin when showing us our room). I have also seen a family of 6, hauling all their luggage up to L10, confused where to go next and relying on another hotel guest to point them to the right lift. Why didnt someone at front desk take them up to their room given the layout is confusing? Staff is prompt when you can get a hold of them. But I have called reception on 3 separate occasions where its ringed out. Also the phone in the room is confusing - why isn't reception/front desk labelled accordingly??? Why is it called "AMICI"? Spent a good minute studying the phone trying to work out which button to press. Breakfast was a set menu with western and chinese selections. It was delicious and plentiful. Restaurant was on L10 with good views of the harbour, but it can get quite hot by the window seats. Service can be slow during peak times, it took over half an hour for the food to arrive from ordering. Seems to be short staffed during peak.

Perfect Birthday Celebration Staycation
Great organisation by the service team to set-up for my wife's birthday celebration. The whole venue is filled with different art pieces at every corner. The perfect stay for everyone.

A Place I Look Forward to Returning To
Stayed 14 nights and would love to share what a wonderful experience K11 ARTUS has once again given me, along with sincere appreciation for several exceptional team members. Duty Manager Gordan Chan and Front Desk Associate Christie are incredibly warm and welcoming, their genuine smiles alone are enough to make me want to return again and again. Lobby Runner HaoYan Ni has been remarkable during both of my stays, last year and this year. He is always attentive, kind, and impressively quick. His passion for his work and the clear growth in his professionalism genuinely make me happy to see him each time. I would also like to acknowledge Cindy from Housekeeping, whose thoughtful attention makes the suite feel truly like home. A word of thanks to Peter as well - and to all the wonderful staff whose names I may not know but whose efforts I deeply appreciate. I look forward to returning again. 皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。 皆さまのおかげで快適に過ごせました。 またお会いできる日を楽しみにしています。

The best hotel in HK in 2025.
Staying at K11 Artus felt less like checking into a hotel and more like borrowing a beautifully designed home. Our suite had a private terrace overlooking the harbour, and that alone made the stay unforgettable — peaceful mornings, insane sunsets, and a sense of space you don’t usually get in Hong Kong. The architecture is its own experience: warm, sculptural, almost gallery-like, but still livable. And the staff? Kind, sharp, and quietly attentive in a way that makes everything feel effortless. It’s the first place in Hong Kong where I actually wanted to stay in just as much as go out. Check the pictures to understand why!

K11 Artus Residence - home away from home with an unhappy ending
K11 Artus is a beautiful property with fantastic service. The Hotel and Residence staffs are friendly, attentive, and truly wonderful. I’ve enjoyed being a loyal K11 Artus resident, making it my home away from home while working in Hong Kong over the past 5 years. I first stayed at K11 Artus in 2021 for 3 months when Hong Kong reopened during the pandemic. Since then my stays have extended up to seven to eight last year (2024) and this year (2025). My annual rate had been adjusted reasonably each year. However, after completing my recent 2.5-month stay as of October, the new sales team informed me they are unable to honour the newly revised rate offered to me in October for my planned return in December. I would absolutely recommend K11 Artus for short-term visit. However, for long-term residential stays, I highly recommend having the annual rate locked in writing for the year. In my case, even though the rate was offered in writing by the former Sales Director, it was not honoured after their departure. Perhaps the property is doing so well that it no longer values its long-term loyal residents. I am truly disappointed not to be returning to K11 Artus. But I’m also looking forward to experiencing something new.
