Der Empfang war super herzlich. Mrs. Boom mit dem Gesandten Team an der Rezeption waren außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Aufgrund des Flussblickes und der Lage ok
Die Lage am Fluss ist schön. Das Frühstück ist gut und sehr groß und umfangreich angelegt.

- • Die Bezüge der Liegen am Pool sind sehr schmutzig Der Boden auf der Frühstücksterrasse ist sehr abgenutzt. An der Rezeption gibt es meist Warteschlangen. Aufpassen, es gibt Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude die zwar eine schlecht beschriftete Verbindung zum Hauptgebäude haben, aber ganz schön weit entfernt sind. Ich würde es nicht mehr wählen… die Koffer müssen mit dem Auto dort hin gebracht werden.

Lovely stay on the river
Staff were exceptional and incredibly attentive to all the little things, nice big comfortable bed. Great spot on the river and modern gym technology. They really seem to have thought of everything.

- • Property feels a bit dated in places, could do with a spruce up. Food in the restaurants is average but much more expensive than other places in Bangkok and given the location of the hotel their is wasted potential with the space.
Used to be more special
Great location right next to the river. Nice to take a boat to other destinations from the nearby pier. Nice swimming pool area and loungers.

- • Food and beverage options were dated and lacking originality, service was decidedly average. The restaurants let down what is otherwise a very nice hotel, but it has not aged well.

Es war alles perfekt. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Fluss. Am Abend haben wir immer draussen gesessen und das Spektakel auf dem Fluss beobachtet.
