- • It was just ok, nothing special for the money. It was all fine - staff ok, breakfast ok and all very unexciting
This is more like a 3 star hotel apart from the location and the foyer. Full of passing trade

- • Breakfast and service not 5 star. Everyone waiting on their pot of tea or coffee and their toast we had to ask 3 times but the table next to us just gave up and left. Very little butter out for bread. Tables too close in Saddle room. Pool poor and lifts their and changing room need updating more like a 3 star. Steps up and down to dressing room from pool . Yesterdays papers only at reception and no where to sit to read as they closed residents room Sunday morning and on the Saturday the saddle room so full with non residents my husband had to go to a pub to watch rugby.

- • I didn't like buffet style breakfast, should be only table service for such high priced hotel. Food was not very hot. There should be free parking for residents considering price of stay.
