Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again

Always Five Star
The Newbury is always amazing. The front desk and the bartenders at both bars are my favorites in all of Boston. They make every business trip a fun experience. Location can't be beat!

Great stay by the Common!
Great service! Very personable. They go out of their way to make conversation and offer assistance always. The room was nice. Good size. Great view. The halways were a bit tired.

The one bedroom corner suite was great, as advertised. The service was not good, particularly at the street level bar/lounge area. They were understaffed and overpromised what they could do in regard to seating (they dont take reservations). We cancelled a rez at a different restaurant and could not get it reinstated, so we were stuck. Also we had to call multiple times to get an extra blanket sent to room. Maybe they just had a bad day, but it kind or ruined our experience.

Beautiful hotel with charm and comfort! The hotel’s historical architecture and views of Boston Common were absolutely stunning. The staff was welcoming, and our room was spotless, filled with natural light. Room service was superb—delicious and prompt. A truly memorable stay!
