It’s a fabulous hotel for a city break
Everything! We have stayed at this hotel previously and returned because we love staying there. The rooms are fab and the staff are so helpful and friendly

Friendly staff, close to metro, but improvements on room cleanliness are needed
Overall, I had a very nice stay and all the staff were absolutely wonderful! With some improvements on cleaning/facilities, this could have been a higher rated stay. Pros: -very close to metro line/easy to get into busier parts of the city -walking distance to Park Monceau (beautiful park) -very friendly and kind staff (special thank you to Victoria!) who were also kind enough to speak with me in English -the bed

- • Cons: -the rooms are extremeley small -unfortunately, my room could have been much cleaner. There was dust and dirt throughout, stains on the bedding, and at one point the sink and shower did not have hot water
