Great location, staff extremely friendly and always willing to help. Room was very well furnished and felt new and very well kept. Have stayed here before and wasn't disappointed, will stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful architecture
I like nice architectural building, old or modern but only those which are pleasing eye. We saw this hotel from the Central Park but better view was when we stood in front of it and looked up. Screeming Art Deco which I love. I found that it was built in 1930's and the original name was Hotel St. Moritz. Through the years changed the owner several times, some wanted to changed it but luckily is still standing on the place and we can admire it. We haven't been inside as my husband has always "problem" to go in and see how it looks inside when we are staying at other place. But on our next visit to the city I will push him to venture in.

Wonderful stay this is why we keep coming back
We had an exceptional two-night stay at the Ritz Carlton, New York, Central Park. We booked a deluxe guest room on the 17th floor with two double beds and an interior view. The room also had club lounge access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. Upon arrival, a friendly staff member provided us with all the necessary information and informed us about the club lounge food presentation offering. He was incredibly helpful and attentive. Upon entering our room, we were amazed by the spaciousness and comfort. The room had everything we needed for a perfect stay, including comfortable beds, a gorgeous bathroom with a tub and shower, and a cozy sitting area to relax and enjoy the view. We had two large windows that offered a stunning view of the snow outside. The highlight of our stay was the club lounge access. We thoroughly enjoyed the food presentations and the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We were able to get a 3 PM checkout based on my mom’s gold elite status, which was a great perk. The only minor issue we encountered was that the blackout curtains sometimes snapped and broke when we tried to open them. This happened twice, but the staff promptly came to inspect the issue and assured us that everything was fine. Overall, the Ritz Carlton provided exceptional service and hospitality. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you for the incredible experience you gave us. We truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing you all again soon.
