- • 🇫🇷 -un personnel désagréable, qui ne fait pas l’effort pour reformuler lorsqu’on leur demande - une hygiène déplorable - pour les chambres triples, ils comptent 2 personnes dans un lit d’une personne et demi (120) 🇺🇸 - Unpleasant staff who don't bother to rephrase when asked - deplorable hygiene - triple rooms have two people sharing a single bed (120cm)

- • Les lits en 120 sont trop étroits pour deux personnes. L’accueil du personnel au check-in n’a pas été agréable. À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu très peu d’informations et avons dû chercher l’ascenseur menant à notre étage pendant une dizaine de minutes.

- • Extremely understaffed. Understood that we were through a storm, but everyone knew it was going to happen so the departments could be staffed accordingly. Cannot staff the Front Office with just two receptionists in every shift, Same thing happened in the restaurant. Queues were amazing.
