The whole experience from start to finish was superb. Clean, comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent.

Great to be back - looking forward to next time
Was great to be back at the Kowloon Shangri La first time after 7 years We landed early in the morning got to Hotel at 10am and thought we would have to wait for our room to be ready....but not here...we got a welcome drink and after 15min we got our room cards and got our room much earlier then expected Was really great to be back staff still as amazing like 7 years ago ....looking forward to next time

- • Rooms have aged a little and could use a refurb but still in mint condition and well maintained
The ONLY place we will ever stay in Hong Kong
The staff in the Horizon Club were amazing, very attentive, kind and friendly. We felt so welcome and had the most amazing stay. Our rooms were spacious/luxurious and had fantastic views of the river and Hong Kong

- • Nothing, the only thing that could have made it perfect would be an 18+ lounge and floor for accommodation, just because we don't particularly like having kids running around whilst we are relaxing.
Great location, fantastic views, lovely hotel but a bit dated.
Excellent location with great Harbour View rooms. Beds were very comfortable and good armchair and sofa to relax on. View was spectacular. Decent size room. Lovely Tapas bar on ground floor with fantastic food. Very helpful staff.

- • Starting to look a bit dated, especially the rooms. Still have florescent lights installed. I think it needs a revamp to catch up with it's competitors
